Atos: share buyback program.
(CercleFinance.com) - Atos today announced that it has an irrevocable mandate with an independent financial services provider to repurchase its own shares (up to 150,000 shares) until 10 July 2017.
The price may not exceed a limit of 170 euros per share as set out in the fourteenth resolution voted by the Combined General Meeting of 24 May.
These shares will be delivered to beneficiaries of performance shares or share purchase plans.
