(CercleFinance.com) - Atos has, through its technological brand Bull, launched its new 4G/LTE communication solution for the intervention forces, called "Hoox for mission", it was learned on Monday.
"Hoox for mission" is the first 4G solution in the world to be able to provide enough security, confidentiality and resiliency that meets the requirements for intervention by the police, gendarmerie and army, while maintaining the usability of a traditional smartphone.
It is based on 3 innovative and fully secure components against physical attacks and communication interceptions: "Hoox Smartphone", a range of the latest generation mobile phones, using an Android-based operating system, secured and optimised by Atos for interventions; "Hoox Hub", a smartphone-like mobile enclosure that provides access to 3 communication channels: public 4G, private 4G and direct box-to-box communication; and "Hoox LTE Bubble", a module enabling the deployment of a private 4G network by ensuring a highly confidential level of communications.
