Crédit Agricole: extension of joint venture with FCA
(CercleFinance.com) - Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Italy (FCA) have said that, on 19 July they reached an agreement to extend their 50/50 joint venture, called FCA Bank, until 31 December 2024.
The renewed agreement will strengthen FCA Bank's rental and mobility offer,aiming to further expand its product range. In addition, the terms of the renewed agreement are largely the same as those of the current agreement.
With 18 markets and 18 brands served, FCA Bank offers a full range of financial services for the different brands of the FCA group and other car makers, such as Jaguar Land Rover, Ferrari, Aston Martin and Morgan.
