Crédit Agricole: completes a disposal.
(CercleFinance.com) - After trading on Wednesday, Credit Agricole announced completing the sale, by its subsidiary Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank SA (CACIB) of 16.
2% of the capital of Bank Saudi Fransi (the "BSF") to Kingdom Holding Company ("KHC").
This transaction has received all the regulatory approvals that are necessary.
Credit Agricole announced on 12 September that its subsidiary had concluded a contract with KHC, a Saudi holding company for the sale of this stake.
This deal represents a sum of about 5.8 billion Saudi riyals (29.5 rials per share), representing about 1.3 billion euros. The deal brings CACIB's stake in BSF to 14.9%.
