Mersen: Norwegian Sovereign fund reduces its exposure.

(CercleFinance.com) - A notice published yesterday by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) reported on the statement that on 19 September Norges Bank, the Norwegian central bank, which is the financial arm of the national sovereign fund, has reduced its stake in Mersen to under the threshold of 5%.


On that date, and after the restitution of shares held as collateral, Norges Bank held 4.67% of the group's capital and 3.85% of the voting rights of the French specialist in graphite and carbon products.
