Bolloré: results of simplified tender offer
(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris has informed the AMF that by 30 May, the deadline for submitting orders in response to Bolloré's simplified tender offer for its own shares at a unit price of E5.

As the number of shares tendered in response to the simplified tender offer is less than the 288,607,076 shares in question, all applications will be satisfied. Settlement and delivery of the shares tendered to the offer will take place on 7 June.
It should also be noted that an additional price of E0.25 per share tendered to the offer will be paid if the offer to purchase received from CMA CGM concerning Bolloré Logistics results in the sale of the latter, in accordance with the agreed terms.
