Bolloré: settlement and delivery of shares on 7 June
(CercleFinance.com) - Following publication of the transaction's results by the AMF, Bolloré announces that settlement and delivery of the shares tendered to its simplified tender offer for its own shares will occur on 7 June.
For information, 99.1 million Bolloré shares were tendered to this offer at a unit price of 5.75 euros, which closed on 30 May, representing 34.33% of the shares targeted by the offer and 3.36% of the capital of the investment company.
Also note that an additional price of E0.25 per share tendered to the offer will be paid if the offer received from CMA CGM to purchase Bolloré Logistics results in the sale of the latter on the terms agreed.
