Bolloré: deal with Pisto to sell stake in Trapil
(CercleFinance.com) - Bolloré Energy and Pisto have signed an agreement concerning the sale of the stake held by PMF, a subsidiary of Bolloré Energy, in Trapil.
Trapil is the leading oil pipeline operator in France.
This 5.5% stake in Trapil was acquired in 2013 when Bolloré Energy acquired Petroplus Marketing France (PMF). The company Pisto, which was already the largest shareholder of TRAPIL, now holds 44% of this company's capital, Bolloré said.
