Beneteau: acquires business in Poland
(CercleFinance.com) - The Beneteau Group has announced reaching an agreement for the acquisition of the design, construction and marketing activities of Delphia Yachts in Poland.
This acquisition will be completed through a Polish entity, in which Delphia Yachts will retain 20% of the capital. The deal is set be finalised in the coming months.
