Altran: result of Capgemini tender offer
(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris has informed the Autorité des Marchés Financiers that on 22 January 2020, it had received 108,296,126 Altran Technologies shares on deposit.
Capgemini, which already holds 29,378,419 Altran Technologies shares, will now hold 137,674,545 Altran Technologies shares, representing as many voting rights, i.e. 53.57% of the company's capital and at least 53.41% of its voting rights. As the necessary conditions have been met, the offer has been approved.
