Altran: FY 2017 earnings up 15.3%

(CercleFinance.com) - Altran has published 2017 net income from continuing operations that is up 15.
3% at 139.7 million euros, meaning EPS that is up 15.7% at 0.81 euro, which enables the group to confirm that its "Ignition" transformation program is paying off.

Underlying operating income at the engineering and R&D consulting group rose by 13.6% to 246.3 million euros, on revenues that were up 10% at 2,282.2 million euros, with organic growth of 4.8% and economic growth of 5.6%.

Altran's Board of Directors will propose a stable dividend of 0.24 euro per share. Based on the acquisition of Aricent, it considers that its financial targets previously set for 2020 are now obsolete.
