Jacquet Metal: receives offer for Abraservice
(CercleFinance.com) - Jacquet Metal Service announces that it has received a firm offer from the Swedish group SSAB to acquire its subsidiary Abraservice Holding, the Abraservice group's parent company specialising in the distribution of abrasion-resistant steels.
With 10 distribution centres found in 11 countries - mainly Europe - Abraservice's revenues reached 78 million euros in 2018, said the group that distributes special steels.

Based on the firm offer received, Jacquet Metal Service has granted SSAB an exclusive commitment and Abraservice France has initiated an information-consultation procedure with its employee representative bodies in connection with this planned disposal.
