Vicat: confirms talks with cement maker Ciplan
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday, the Brazilian daily "Valor Economico" reported interest from the group Vicat for the Brazilian cement maker Ciplan.
Vicat confirmed the rumour in the evening, "The Vicat Group confirms the existence of discussions with the Brazilian cement company Ciplan. The Vicat Group does not wish to make any additional comments at this stage and will communicate in due course, in accordance with the regulations in force."
