Air France-KLM: draws E1.1bn revolving credit facility

(CercleFinance.com) - The Air France-KLM group announces that it has drawn its revolving credit facility agreement signed on 29 April 2015 that was amended on 6 November 2017, for a total of 1.
1 billion euros, divided into two tranches of 550 million euros each.

These tranches are successively renewable on the request of Air France-KLM for a period of 1, 3 or 6 months until 6 November 2022.

Management said that Air France-KLM now has over 5.5 billion euros in cash immediately available to cope with potential developments of the current situation.
