Air France-KLM: sets medium-term targets
(CercleFinance.com) - During a presentation for investors, Air France-KLM says that its medium-term financial targets include an operating margin of 7%-8% and positive free operating cash flow.
In its financial trajectory for the next five years, the Franco-Dutch airline also expects a net debt to EBITDA ratio of around 1.5x, as well as the prospect of a return to dividend payments.
The company's strategic plan includes optimising its operating model, refocusing revenue growth on the most profitable segments, developing initiatives and analysing all concentration (M&A) opportunities.
