Air France-KLM: passenger traffic up 2.1% in August

1% in August, based on capacity that is up 2.4%, which has led to a 0.3-point decrease in its load factor to 90.6%.
Specifically, passengers transported under its Air France, KLM banners rose by 1.2%, with a 2.7% increase in short- and medium-haul flights, while its low-cost division Transavia reported 8.9% growth.
Meanwhile, the Franco-Dutch group's caro traffic fell by 5.7% last month, with capacity almost flat (-0.2%), which resulted in a 3.1-point drop in its load factor to 53.7%.
