Air France-KLM: signs pay agreement for AF ground staff
(CercleFinance.com) - Air France has signed a new agreement for 2019 with unions representing its ground staff, which "reinforces the new kind of social dialogue implemented within Air France since last September".
This includes individual salary increases of 1.8%, an envelope of 0.1% to finance exceptional individual bonuses, the easy payment of overtime in 2019 and the monetisation of the time savings account, up to a maximum of 35 hours.
For ground staff this agreement supplements the provisions of the inter-categorical wage agreement of 19 October 2006, which includes a general pay increase of 2% for all employees for 2019 from 1 January.
