Air France-KLM: passenger traffic up 4.7% in October
(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM has announced passenger traffic that is up 4.
7% in February, based on capacity that is up 4%, which has led to a 0.5-point improvement in its load factor to 87.5%.
The airline announced having transported 7.6 million passengers (+1.9%) under its Air France, KLM and HOP! banners. Including its low cost division, Transavia (+10.5%), 9.2 million passengers travelled with the group (+3.3%).
Meanwhile, the Franco-Dutch group's cargo traffic increased by 3.2%, based on capacity that is up 1%, which led to a 1.3-point increase in its load factor to 63.3%.
