Air France: signs last agreements with Virgin and Delta
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday, Air France-KLM, Delta Air Lines and Virgin Atlantic Limited signed final agreements to extend their transatlantic joint venture.
At the end of the operation, Air France-KLM will acquire a 31% stake in Virgin Atlantic for 220 million pounds, which is currently owned by Virgin Group.
Virgin Group will retain a 20% stake, while Delta will maintain its current 49% stake.
