Air France KLM: CEO set to resign 15 May

(CercleFinance.com) - At the end of its Board meeting of Saturday 5 May, Air France-KLM confirms the resignation of its CEO Jean-Marc Janaillac, after the failure of the Air France staff consultation launched last April.

As a reminder, the airline's staff voted 'no' with a 55% majority to the multi-annual pay deal proposed on 16 April, which set out a 7% pay rise over four years, 2% of which from 2018.

Jean-Marc Janaillac accepted the Board's request to cover his role as CEO of the group and President of Air France until the end of the general meeting of 15 May, the date on which the Board will announce the interim governance solution.
