Kone: wins order for Dubai mall
(CercleFinance.com) - Kone has won an order for 156 elevators and escalators for a mall in the United Arab Emirates, the Finnish lift maker said on Monday.
Located near Dubai, the mall will feature more than 650 retail outlets, a 6,000-m2 supermarket, an 18-screen cinema, family entertainment centres, a clinic, spas and external concert spaces, Kone said.
The company will deliver 88 escalators, two inclined autowalks, and 66 elevators.
