Nokia: selected by Telefonica in the UK
(CercleFinance.com) - Nokia has said that it has been selected by Telefonica for a service operation centre in the UK, which will monitor individual customer experience and services in real time.
The platform will leverage numerous automation techniques, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), the Finnish telecoms gear maker said.
Telefonica has 32 million customers in the UK.
