Grifols: FDA approves new blood typing system
(CercleFinance.com) - Grifols said on Tuesday that the US Food and Drug Administration has approved the use of Erytra Eflexis, its new benchtop analyzer performing pretransfusion compatibility testing.
The system incorporates two laboratory configurations in a single instrument, Grifols said, providing laboratory technicians with equipment suitable for various workflow needs.
This is the Spanish group's seventh FDA diagnostic approval so far in 2018.
