Siemens Gamesa: Credit Suisse raises target price
(CercleFinance.com) - Credit Suisse confirms its buy rating on the Siemens Gamesa share, while raising its corresponding target price to 16.
5 euros (from 14.5 euros).
Its analysts believe that the long-term offshore potential outweighs near-term execution risks.
"We reduce our FYsep20E EBIT forecast by E402m (to -E37m) and our FYsep21 EBIT forecast by E182m (to E675m)," Crédit Suisse said.
We therefore forecast growth in deliveries from c2GW to c3GW over the coming 2 years and then onto 4.0GW by 2025E... We see the offshore business going from 27% to 39% of revenues over the coming five years," it added.
