Genmab: BlackRock owns 5 percent stake
(CercleFinance.com) - US asset manager BlackRock now has a stake of 5 percent in Genmab, the Danish biotechnology company said late on Friday.
In a regulatory filing, Genmab said that it has been informed that BlackRock has increased its total shareholding to 3,085,192 shares as of 18 July, which represents 5% of the group's share capital and voting rights.
The move comes as Genmab last week priced its initial public offering of American Depositary Shares (ADS) on the Nasdaq.
