E.ON: two new E750m bond issues

ON issued another two bonds of 750 million euros each. The high level of demand enabled E.ON to obtain favourable interest rate conditions for both maturities.
Following the successful launch of the first Green Bond issue in August 2019, E.ON issued another bond with a zero coupon.
The first bond issue of 750 million euros is due in October 2022 with a coupon of 0%. The 2nd bond of 750 million euros is due in October 2026 with a coupon of 0.25%.
Marc Spieker, E.ON's CFO, said, "The high investor demand for this first bond placement following the innogy takeover is evidence of the positive reception of the new E.ON by our investors."
