E.ON: expands board to 20, appoints new members

ON will expand its supervisory board to 20 members from 14 today, up until 2023, the German utility giant on Tuesday.
At E.ON's request, three additional shareholder representatives will be appointed by court order, shortly after the innogy deal is completed.
The three additional employees' seats are to be filled by representatives of today's innogy, the company said.
E.ON said it will need "experience" and "knowhow" from innogy in the board to ensure a successful integration.
From 2023, the supervisory board will be scaled down to twelve members, it said.
