E.ON: UBS cuts shares to 'neutral'
(CercleFinance.com) - UBS has downgraded E.
ON from "buy" to "neutral," saying that the German utility giant had a "strong year," and E.ON's shares fell 1.3% at 9.7 euros.
The shares are currently close to the broker's target price, which it maintains at 10 euros, while its risk-reward looks balanced now, UBS wrote in a note.
Catalysts are coming, but there are also some potential risks, it warned.
"Full-year results should be OK but reactions will depend on Innogy as well as EON results", UBS wrote.
E.ON shares have risen by 12% year-to-date.
