E.ON: agreements signed for the integration of innogy
(CercleFinance.com) - German energy group innogy has entered into two legally binding agreements - one with E.
ON, another with RWE - on its planned integration into E.ON and the planned integration of its renewables business into RWE.
The companies have agreed to work together on integration measures in order to lay the groundwork for a transparent and fair integration process, on equal terms.
Equally, E.ON's cash public offer on innogy will have an additional acceptance period through July 25, the companies said.
For the rest, the new E.ON's future leadership team will be announced in 2019 at the earliest.
