E.On: Bryan Garnier raises its target.
(CercleFinance.com) - Bryan Garnier has confirmed its "buy" rating on the E.
ON share, and has raised its fair value from 10 euros to 10.5 euros, meaning upside potential of about 10% for the German energy group.
"As we expected, there is now further leeway for E.ON to have a more attractive dividend policy and to increase growth investments," the broker pointed out.
"With an estimated firepower of up to EUR5.5bn, the EPS growth profile could be significantly enhanced in the mid-term," the broker continues, which has raised its dividend estimates by an average of about 16% over 2017-2020.
