Commerzbank: board appointments ahead
(CercleFinance.com) - Commerzbank said on Thursday evening that its supervisory board has decided to propose four new candidates to join it at its upcoming AGM, which is expected to be held on 18 May without the physical presence of shareholders.
The candidates are Daniela Mattheus, Caroline Seifert and Frank Westhoff. With the invitation to the meeting, a fourth candidate will be proposed, whose identity cannot be specified for formal reasons.
These changes to the supervisory board became necessary after the resignation of Andreas Schmitz on 24 March. In addition, Tobias Guldimann, Rainer Hillebrand and Victoria Ossadnik will step down from their mandates at the end of the next meeting.
