Commerzbank: names ING's banker to run corporate client unit
(CercleFinance.com) - Commerzbank has hired Roland Boekhout, a member of the management team of Dutch bank ING, to run its corporate clients segment.
The Dutch native will take on responsibility for the unit by 1 January 2020, succeeding Michael Reuther, who stepped down in December.
Roland Boekhout is currently responsible for ING's banking business in Benelux, as well as for the implementation of an integrated banking platform in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Prior to this, he served as CEO of ING in Germany from 2010 to 2017.
