Bayer: proposes increased dividend for 2017
(CercleFinance.com) - Bayer has announced that its supervisory board has approved the recommendation to propose a dividend of 2.
80 euros per share for 2017, compared to 2.70 euros a year earlier, an increase that will be submitted for approval at the group's AGM on 25 May.
In view of the number of shares outstanding, the German pharmacy and agrochemicals group is therefore expected to pay a total of 2,315 million euros in dividends to its shareholders for the past fiscal year, up 3.7% y-o-y.
