Bayer: strategic partnership in Brazil.
(CercleFinance.com) - German drugs and pesticides maker Bayer has agreed to collaborate with Japan's Sumitomo Chemical on new fungicidal mixtures in Brazil.
The products will use Sumitomo Chemical's portfolio in combination with Bayer fungicides to create a new means of combating major plant diseases.
Both companies plan to submit their product registration applications at the end of 2017.
Financial terms have not been disclosed.
