6% at 195 euros on Thursday after UBS upgraded its rating on the German gas and engineering company to "buy," citing "premium earnings growth at a compelling valuation."
The broker says analysis shows that the newly-formed company with Praxair will create significant value through margin improvements (20 euros per share), portfolio reshaping (3 euros) and benefit from an improvement in gas prices (7 euros).
This has resulted in the broker raising its target price for the share from 180 euros to 230 euros.
