(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday Adidas announced that it has completed the sale of its ice hockey assets, which were acquired by Birch Hill Equity Partners.
This transaction has no impact on the group's FY earnings forecast, said the German sports equipment maker, which had also already integrated it into its long-term outlook unveiled in March.
Remember that in early May Adidas also announced its intention, when it unveiled its Q1 results, to divest its golf division.
