Allianz: Allianz Real Estate buys office block in China
(CercleFinance.com) - Allianz today announces that Allianz Real Estate, the group's real estate asset manager, has acquired ZLink, a 31,426 m² office block located in Zhongguancun, Beijing, in a transaction financed in cash.
Allianz will hold 98% of ZLink, while KaiLong Group will own the balance.
The acquisition of ZLink is a perfect illustration of the group's investment strategy in Asia, which aims to take full advantage of the long-term growth of the new economy in China, driven by innovative companies in the web, technology and IT infrastructure, said François Trausch, CEO of Allianz Real Estate.
