Allianz: acquisition of an office complex in Munich
(CercleFinance.com) - Allianz Real Estate has announced that it has completed the acquisition of the 26,000 m2 ATLAS office complex on behalf of the Allianz group.
These offices are located in the Werksviertel business park, Mittlerer Ring area, in the outskirts of Munich.
The transaction amounts to 190 million euros. ATLAS, which includes a large 14-storey tower, which is currently being renovated, was acquired from the German real estate investment fund Art-Invest Real Estate.
Through this acquisition, Allianz Real Estate is pursuing its investment strategy in core office real estate in Europe, targeting high-quality buildings in highly sought-after locations in the city centre, with an investment horizon of at least 10 years.
