Lufthansa: RBC upgrades to 'outperform'
(CercleFinance.com) - RBC Capital Markets has upgraded its rating on Lufthansa from "sector perform" to "outperform" and compares the group to the “Mercedes Benz” of airlines.
The broker believes that Lufthansa's group airlines' progression and high Skytrax ratings suggest improved product perception.
Lufthansa shares look set to continue to rise, RBC adds, with a potential target price of 30 euros by mid-2018.
The Canadian broker has therefore increased its target price from 12.5 euros to 30 euros.
