Deutsche Post: Morgan Stanley raises target price
(CercleFinance.com) - Morgan Stanley has confirmed its "overweight" rating on Deutsche Post and has raises its target price from 38 euros to 50 euros, preferring the share of the German logistician over its US peer UPS.
The broker highlights a more diversified turnover in terms of business lines and geographical areas, as well as greater potential for the group's margin.
Morgan Stanley also points to "stronger competitive and capex platform enabling healthy FCF generation to shareholders".
