Continental: unveils new outlook for fiscal 2020
(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday German auto parts maker Continental, which withdrew its outlook for 2020 in April as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak, said that it can now set new full-year forecasts.
Provided that there are no new, unexpected effects stemming from the pandemic, the company expects consolidated sales to be around 37.5 billion euros this year, with an adjusted EBIT margin of around 3%.
This new outlook received a cold reception from investors on Wednesday morning, with Continental shares down over 2% in early morning trading.
