BMW: banking unit names new CEO
(CercleFinance.com) - BMW Bank, the financing unit of German carmaker BMW, has named a new chief executive to take over from Hans-Jurgen Cohrs who will step down in April after 30 years with the company.
BMW Bank said it will appoint Kathrin Kerls as its new head of its management board, effective as from 1 April.
The 51-year-old lawyer is joining the company from UniCredit, where she has worked since 2009.
