UBS: nominates two director candidates for election to board

(CercleFinance.com) - Swiss investment bank UBS said on Friday that it has nominated two director candidates for election to its board at 2020's annual general meeting on 29 April.

UBS' nominees are French banker Nathalie Rachou, who has been a member of the board of directors at Société Générale, and former Chief Risk Officer at Royal Bank of Canada Mark Hughes.

UBS said they will replace David Sidwell, who has completed his twelve-year term of office, and Isabelle Romy, who has decided to step down after eight years on the board.
