Richemont: decisions taken at AGM
(CercleFinance.com) - At Compagnie Financière Richemont's AGM held today in Geneva, shareholders approved the results for the year, including the Board of Directors' proposals for the appropriation of retained earnings at 31 March 2020.
A dividend of 1.00 Swiss franc per share will be paid on the listed Class A registered shares and a dividend of 0.10 Swiss franc per share will be paid on the Company's Class B registered shares.
The dividend for A shares will be payable on Friday 18 September 2020.
All of the Board's other proposals were also approved by the shareholders with an overwhelming majority.
