Nestlé: CFO leaving
(CercleFinance.com) - Nestlé announces the departure of François-Xavier Roger after eight years as Managing Director and CFO, to pursue new professional opportunities.
Anna Manz will be appointed to succeed him as CFO.
Anna Manz will take up her new position with the Swiss food group as soon as she is released from her current role as CFO and member of the Board of Directors of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).
She will then also become a member of Nestlé's Executive Board as Managing Director. To ensure a smooth transition, François-Xavier Roger will remain in his position until the arrival of his replacement.
