Nestlé: potential candidates to buy Skin Care business

(CercleFinance.com) - Bloomberg says that Nestlé has selected several private equity firms to buy its skin care business.

This business seems to interest a large number of candidates. It would be worth between 8 billion and 10 billion Aurel BGC estimates in its daily equity review.

Nestlé appears to have selected the companies KKR, GIC, EQT Partners and Cinven in a second round of talks Bloomberg says. The groups L'Oreal and Unilever have also expressed their interest in this business the press agency adds.

Nestlé wants to sell all of its skin care business, although could also sell these businesses in several blocks to increase the total value of the sale, Aurel BGC points out.
