Nestlé: strategic review for Nestlé Skin Health
(CercleFinance.com) - Nestlé says that after further analysis and review, its board of directors has decided to explore strategic options for Nestlé Skin Health, which is expected to be completed by mid-2019.
The board explains that it has concluded that Nestlé Skin Health's future growth opportunities are increasingly found outside the Swiss agri-food group's strategic scope.
Nestlé Skin Health offers skin health solutions, such as Epiduo, Soolantra, Restylane, Azzalure, Cetaphil and Proactiv. It employs over 5,000 people in 40 countries and generated sales of approximately 2.7 billion Swiss francs in 2017.
