Logitech: shareholders approve 10% dividend increase.
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday Shareholders in Logitech International approved a 10% increase in the company's dividend to 0.
62 Swiss franc, the Swiss firm said.
In addition, at the meeting Logitech's shareholders elected Wendy Becker to its board of directors. She was formerly CEO of UK fashion retailer Jack Wills, and Neela Montgomery, and CEO of US furniture chain Crate and Barrel.
All other board members were re-elected, and all other proposals at the AGM were approved.
The company - which said it delivered an "excellent performance" in fiscal year 2017 - expects the payment date for the dividend to be 27 September, with shares to be traded ex-dividend on the SIX Swiss Exchange and the Nasdaq on 25 September.
