Swiss Life: acquires several real estate assets
(CercleFinance.com) - Swiss Life Asset Managers, Real Estate France announces the acquisition of two commercial assets in Germany and three in Spain.
This investment will be allocated to Swiss Life REF (LUX) fund European Retail SCS, SICAV-SIF. This Luxembourg fund is managed by Swiss Life Fund Management (LUX) S.A., with Swiss Life REIM (France) acting as advisor.
Created in 2017, this fund aims to build a portfolio of premium business assets, mainly in France and Germany, and could potentially diversify into Belgium, Luxemburg, Italy, Spain and Portugal, the group said.
The three German assets are located in Bonn, Dortmund and Mannheim. The two properties in Spain are located in San Sebastian, and are part of a portfolio also comprising four assets located in Madrid and Burgos, which will be acquired in 2019 and 2020.
