LafargeHolcim: raises FY sales target
(CercleFinance.com) - Based on current trends and its positive momentum, LafargeHolcim has announced an increase in its target for 2018 sales, which it now expects to grow by 4% to 6% on a comparable basis (compared to 3% to 5% previously).
Although the negative effects of cost inflation remain difficult, volume growth, solid prices and performance programs lead the group to adjust its underlying EBITDA growth target to 3%-5% on a comparable basis.
In its third quarter, the building materials group announced underlying Ebitda of 1.867 billion Swiss francs and a net sales of 7.362 billion Swiss francs, with increases on a comparable basis of 8.1% and 5.8% respectively.
